6 Skill-Related Components of Physical Fitness
AGILITY is the ability to change the body's position efficiently and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength and endurance. Agility training exercises are fun and they help to improve skills and body awareness.
BALANCE is the ability to control the body's position. Balance training exercises strengths the muscles that help keep your upright such as your legs and core.
COORDINATION is the ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently. Coordination is about fine or gross motor skills and is the key to sports fitness. Coordination training exercises improve agility and flexibility, help build more muscle and increases energy levels.
SPEED is the ability to move quickly or to move limbs rapidly to grow or throw. It includes the the rate of acceleration, maximum speed movement and speed maintenance. Speed training exercises develop quick feet, power and acceleration.
POWER is the combination of speed and strength. It is the ability to exert maximum force in a short time. Power training exercises help to keep your joints healthy and boost endurance.
REACTION TIME is the amount of time it takes to respond to an external stimuli. Reaction time is voluntary movements, unlike reflexes, that can be trained to become faster.

5 Health Related Components of Physical Fitness
CARDIORESPIRATORY-CARDIO is the ability of the heart and lungs to work together to supply oxygen and fuel to the body during sustained physical activity. Cardio exercises can help endurance and physical performance.
BODY COMPOSITION is the ration of the body's fat mass in comparison to lean muscle mass. Lean body mass is everything in your body that is not fat. FLEXIBILITY is the ability of the joints to move in a range of motion. Joints become stiff and movement decreases without flexibility. Flexibility exercises can help prevent injuries and maintain healthy joints.
MUSCULAR STRENGTH is the ability to move and lift objects. Training with heavy weights can increase the muscle strength.
MUSCLE ENDURANCE is the ability to repeat muscle movements over a long period of time. It is the ability of a muscle to continue to perform without fatigue.
